If you are doing a pilgrimage, there is no greater combination than VaishnoDevi Shivkhori. God’s residence is also known as Shivkhori. It is important to visit this old Shiva cave. It is located in the Reasi District and approximately 80 kilometres from Katra. You can travel to Shivkhori, which is three hours away from Katra, after breakfast in the morning, and then return to Katra in the evening. Trekking to both shrines—12 kilometres for VaishnoDevi and 3 kilometres for Shiv Khori—was the highlight of this vacation. Waterfalls will be visible as you travel to ShivKhori.
